Your island

Let's use it.

Comet Solar installs solar energy systems across Anguilla and the Eastern Caribbean. We're your neighbours — and we've been doing this since 2009.

"US$0.43/kWh. The Caribbean pays too much for electricity. Solar fixes that."

Lead Solar Installer

NABCEP Certified · No. 092411-103

NABCEP is the gold standard for professional solar installation. It means every Comet Solar system is built to the highest safety and engineering standards — and designed to last the full 30-year lifetime.

Built for the Caribbean.

We started because we could see the problem with our own eyes — our islands pay through the nose for electricity, and the sun blazes down every single day. That felt crazy to us.
Chris Mason · Lead Solar Installer

Comet Solar grew out of a simple conviction: Caribbean people and businesses deserve better than sky-high electricity bills. We've been installing solar since 2009, and we know these islands — the climate, the codes, the quirks, and the people.

We're not a multinational. We're your neighbours. When we install your system, we're invested in it working perfectly for the next 30 years — because we'll still be here too.

Ground mount

No roof for it?
Put it in the yard.

Not every roof suits solar. Some are shaded, some face the wrong way, some are already spoken for. If you have land around the house, the array does not need to go on the roof at all.

We drill and anchor the footings, build the frame to the same hurricane standard we hold a roof mount to, and trench the cable back to the property. Panels sit at the angle that actually suits them, and everything stays at ground level where it is easy to clean and easy to service.

Why it works here

The sun shines every single day

Anguilla and the Eastern Caribbean get exceptional solar irradiance year-round. That's your fuel — free, endless, already there.

Very little upkeep

No moving parts and nothing to refuel. An occasional rinse to clear salt and dust, plus a routine inspection, is the whole of it — and we offer a service plan that covers both.

Hurricane season resilience

Battery backup keeps your home running through outages that can last days after a storm. No generator noise, no fuel runs.

NABCEP certified installation

Our lead installer is NABCEP certified — the gold standard. Installed right, your system lasts 30 years.

Our work

Real projects,
real results.

From cliff-top villas to commercial rooftops across Anguilla and the Eastern Caribbean — every system we've installed is still running, still saving.
